Dr. Daniel Kwak
Principal Dentist, D.M.D.
Dr. Kwak obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from The University of Sydney, and his Honours Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and Psychology at The University of Toronto.
Dr. Kwak is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has participated in training programs at Sydney hospitals in Australia, Seoul National University in Korea, and Columbia University in the U.S.A.
Dr. Kwak loves getting to know each and every patient beyond just their teeth, and provides excellent, quality care based on patient’s needs and comfort levels.
In his spare time, Dr. Kwak loves to go hiking, and plays the guitar and drums.
Dr. Trista Kim
Dentist, D.D.S.
Dr. Trista Kim completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Western Ontario, followed by General Practice Residency at Lincoln Medical Center, affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College, in New York City.
Dr. Kim is passionate about promoting oral health and providing beautiful smiles to her patients through patient-centered and comprehensive dental care. Having taken many continuing education courses to broaden her scope of practice, Dr. Kim provides Conscious Sedation (oral sedation, nitrous oxide), and is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), and the Ontario Dental Association (ODA).
In her leisure time, Dr. Kim enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and hiking.
Dr. Fernanda Zanatta
Orthodontist, D.D.S., M.Sc.
Dr. Fernanda Zanatta attended dental school at the Federal University of Santa Catarina as a Doctor of Dental Surgery, and earned a Master’s degree in Orthodontics from Gama Filho University. After relocating to Canada, Dr. Zanatta completed the highly challenging Dental Accreditation Equivalency process in Canada.
Dr. Fernanda loves getting to know the families she treats and strives to bring her warm, compassionate nature and advanced orthodontic expertise to not only straightening teeth but also improving overall oral function. She has extensive experience using a wide range of orthodontic appliances—including traditional braces, Invisalign, and growth-modification devices—to address breathing concerns, TMJ disorders, and jaw-development issues.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs, exploring walking trails and hiking. She also has a creative side—reading, acrylic painting and gardening—and finds joy in relaxing with video games.
